Terms and refund policy

1. Orders and payment

• Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken when you check out, through Stripe.
• We may cancel and refund an order if an item turns out to be unavailable or a price was listed by mistake.
• Members see member pricing while signed in with an active membership.

2. Shipping

• We ship within the United States to the address you give at checkout.
• You will get an email with your tracking number when your order ships.
• Please check your address before paying. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.

3. Refunds and returns

We do not accept returns, and PDF patterns are digital downloads that are not refundable. If a cut out arrives broken, email us and we will do our best to send another one as soon as possible.

To start a return or report a problem, email hrsparklestudio@gmail.com with your order details and a photo if something arrived damaged.

4. PDF patterns

• Your download link appears right after payment and in your order email.
• Patterns are for your personal use. Please do not share, copy, resell or post the files.
• Because patterns are digital, they cannot be returned once downloaded.

5. The Ornament Club

Sessions run 4 months and start in January, May and September. Each session includes a box of 8 ornament cut outs and 8 printed patterns, shipped free at the start of the session, and 8 live Zoom classes that are recorded. There are two ways to join:

• Monthly: billed every month on the day you joined. Each session is 4 payments, so you can cancel once the 4 payments for the current session are made, at least one month before the next session starts. Your membership stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
• Yearly: one payment for the 3 sessions of the year, January to December. If you join before January, your card is saved and charged on January 1. It renews each January unless you cancel before November 1.

Memberships roll into the next session automatically. You can cancel from your account page or by emailing hrsparklestudio@gmail.com. If a box has already shipped, please contact us.

You can update your card at any time from your account page. If a monthly payment fails, Stripe will try again, and access may pause until it goes through.

You keep access to the class videos for every session you paid for, for as long as the Club runs. Club videos are for members only: please do not share your sign-in or the videos.

6. Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to that email safe, since anyone who can read it can sign in to your account.

7. Our designs and content

All designs, patterns, photos, videos and text on this site belong to Holly & Rebecca's Sparkle Studio. Please ask before using them.

8. Limits of liability

We do our best to keep the site running and accurate, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order or join is the one that applies.
