1. What we collect

We only collect what we need to fill your orders and run the Ornament Club:

Account details: your email address, name and shipping address.
Orders: what you bought, when, what you paid and where it ships.
Membership: your plan, payment count and the sessions you have access to.
Mailing list: your email, if you sign up for news.
Messages: anything you send us by email, call or text.

We never see or store your full card number. Payments go straight to Stripe.

2. How we use it

To fill and ship your orders and deliver PDF patterns.
To run your membership, show your class videos and apply member pricing.
To send order, shipping and membership emails. We only send news about new patterns and sessions if you sign up for the mailing list or join the club.
To answer your questions and keep the site secure.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We use a few trusted services to run the site, and each only gets what it needs:

Stripe processes payments and memberships.
Supabase stores accounts, orders and memberships.
Resend sends our emails.
YouTube (in privacy-enhanced mode) and Bunny Stream play the class videos. YouTube may set cookies once you press play.
EasyPost and the shipping carrier receive your shipping address to deliver your order.
Netlify hosts the website.

We may share information if the law requires it.

4. Cookies and storage

The site uses a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in and your browser's storage to remember your cart. Both are needed for the site to work.

If we turn on visitor statistics, we will ask first, and nothing is measured unless you say yes.

5. How we protect it

Every page is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
Your data is stored encrypted by our providers, and each member can only ever see their own account and orders.
Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe, which meets the PCI standard for card security.
Class videos and PDF patterns are delivered with private links that expire.
Only Holly, Rebecca and our web developer can open the admin area.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we need them for taxes and bookkeeping. You can ask us to delete your account at any time, and we will remove everything we are not required to keep.

7. Your choices

You can see and update your details on your account page. To get a copy of your information, correct it or delete it, or to come off the mailing list, email hrsparklestudio@gmail.com.

8. Children

The site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
