If I can not make the live class, is it recorded? How long can I watch it?
Yes, every class is recorded and you have lifetime access, so you can watch whenever you like and as many times as you like.
What do members get?
Each session: 8 ornament cut outs, 8 printed instructional patterns, 8 live Zoom classes that are recorded for later, and a bonus item. Members also get 30% off extra club ornament cut outs.
When does a yearly membership start?
Yearly memberships run January to December. Join any time before January and nothing is charged until January 1, when your first session starts. It renews each January unless you cancel by November 1.
How much is the club?
You can pay monthly or for the full year. The yearly plan saves 20%. Current prices are on the Ornament Club page.
When do new sessions start?
Every 4 months: January, May and September. Happy Mail boxes ship 3 times a year, at the start of each session.
Am I automatically enrolled in the next session?
Yes. Unless we hear from you, you roll into the next session and we ship your box at the start of it.
How do I cancel?
Monthly members can cancel once the 4 payments for the current session are made, at least one month before the next session starts. You can do it from your account page or by emailing us at hrsparklestudio@gmail.com. Yearly memberships can be cancelled before November 1 so the next year does not renew.
I was shipped a box and wanted to cancel.

Sign in and use Update card on your account page. It is quick and your card details stay with Stripe.
Can I order extra ornaments?
You sure can! Extras can go in your box for the next session if you order in time, or ship out separately. Club members get 30% off extra club ornament cut outs while signed in.
Where are boxes and orders shipped from?
Everything is cut and shipped in the US.
Do you ship to Canada or other countries?
Not at this time. Shipping outside the US got too costly, so we ship within the US only. PDF patterns and class videos work anywhere.
My cut out arrived broken.

Do you take returns?
We do not accept returns, and PDF patterns are not refundable.
I was already a member before the new site. Do I sign up again?
No. Sign in with the same email you pay with and your membership is waiting for you. There is no new card to enter.
When do PDF patterns arrive?
Right after payment. The download link is on the thank you page and in your order email.
